三维细胞培养技术在农产品污染物毒效评价中的应用研究

摘要 本文系统介绍了目前3D细胞培养技术的分类及培养手段,详细总结了该技术在毒性评价、组织工程学以及机理机制研究等方面研究及应用的最新进展,从农产品中污染物安全性评价迫切并优先切入的方向出发,对该技术可能应用的领域进行了展望和探讨。
