摘要
为了对陷落柱突水机理及防治技术研究提供实验技术支撑,开发出陷落柱突水三维大型模拟实验系统.通过力学实验和渗透性实验,配制出具有低强度和低渗透隔水层的相似材料,根据实验对象外形尺寸及受力情况,研制出与三维大型模拟实验配套的水压、围压、轴压控制系统和应力传感器.利用水溶性材料,设计出一种在三维密封条件下模拟巷道掘进及工作面回采的有效方法.结果表明:隔水层相似材料合理骨胶质量比为8∶1,胶结剂质量比为6∶1,水溶性材料合理配比为第3组,压力控制系统可提供压力范围为0.002~2.00MPa.以骆驼山煤矿陷落柱突水过程为模拟对象,验证了实验系统的可靠性.
In order to provide a kind of experimental technology for studying mechanism of water inrush and technology of controlling water inrush caused by collapse column,a 3Dlargescale simulation experiment system was developed.Through mechanical and permeability test,acquired simulation material of aquiclude which has low strength,low permeability and meet the requirements of experiment,according to the shape dimension and stress distribution of subject,developed the control system of water pressure,confining pressure,axial pressure and stress sensors of 3Dlarge-scale simulation experiment,using water soluble material,designed an effective mining method to solve the simulation of tunneling and mining in the three-dimensional sealing conditions.The results show that the reasonable ratio of aquiclude is that mass ratio of aggregate and cement is 8︰1,that mass ratio of cements is 6︰1,the reasonable ratio of water soluble material is the 3rd group,pressure control system can provide the range of0.002—2.00 MPa.Recreated water inrush caused by collapse column in Luotuoshan coal mine,verified the reliability of the experiment.
