国内绿色建筑发展现状与立法的必要性研究

Current Situation and Legislation Necessity for Domestic Green Building

介绍了自2006年GB/T 50378《绿色建筑评价标准》颁布实施以来国内绿色建筑的发展状况,对国内绿色建筑项目的面积、数量等情况,以及绿色建筑发展较快地区的法规、规章等制度环境进行了分析,探讨了国内绿色建筑现有相关法律法规存在的问题及立法的必要性,进而提出了建立健全绿色建筑法律法规的对策和建议。

It introduced the development status of domestic green building since ＂Assessment Standard for Green Building＂ （GB/T 50378） was promulgated in 2006. The area and number of domestic green building projects were analyzed as well as the laws and regulations about institutional environment in areas with rapid development, discussing existing problems in relevant laws and regulations and legislation necessity, proposing some countermeasures to establish and perfect laws and regulations for green building.
