丙戊酸钠致高血氨性脑病1例报告 被引量：1

摘要 患者，男，60岁，因“情绪低落和高涨交替出现30年，心情差伴心慌6月”于2014年10月27日入院。患者8月前行脑CT提示：腔隙性脑梗死。入院时查体未见异常。精神检查：意识清楚，情绪低落，伴焦虑情绪和坐立不安，自知力存在。入院后血常规、生化、甲功、乙肝标记物、常规检查及脑电图未见异常，血尿酸516μmol／L，甘油三酯1．92mmoL／L，血钾3．19mmol／L。
