煤热解/气化半焦燃烧特性的研究

摘要 煤部分气化技术是洁净煤技术的一个重要研究方向,而气化后的半焦的利用问题是当今的一个研究热点。本文研究了在小型流化床试验台上热解/气化后半焦的孔隙特性,并在该小型流化床试验台上研究了不同气氛下制得的半焦的燃烧特性。实验结果显示:半焦燃烧后其大颗粒的灰渣较少,粒度在0.6~1.0 cm之间的最多,这非常有利于灰渣的综合利用;其次,半焦燃烧过程中污染物的排放量非常低,因此煤部分气化集成半焦燃烧技术是一种非常有发展前景的洁净煤技术。 Coal Partial Gasification Technology is one of important research direction on clean coal technology,And utilization problems for gasification semi-coke is a research focus nowadays. Study on the pore characteristic of semi-coke after Coal pyrolysis and Gasification was carried out in the article. And study on combustion for semi-coke prepared by a small fluidized bed was proceeded. The experimental results show that large particle ash slag was very few after semi-coke combustion,Particle Size for 0.6-1.0 cm was most. This was very beneficial to comprehensive utilization for ash slago Secondly, pollutant emission for semi-coke combustion was very little.
