摘要
为了验证三峡库区生态屏障区生态安全工作的有效性,该研究以重庆市黔江区水田乡大塘村、石郎村、水田村土地整理项目为例,以压力一状态一响应(简称PSR)框架模型为基础,构建了土壤侵蚀模数、土壤垦殖率、人均耕地面积等18项指标组成的生态安全评价指标体系,对项目区土地整理生态安全进行评价.利用物元模型,确定评价指标的经典域和节域,计算各指标的关联度,最终确定土地整理生态安全的综合评价等级.研究结果表明,该项目区土地整理前生态安全级别为临界安全,整理后,上升为较安全级别;18个单项指标与整体水平都处于由不安全、临界安全向较安全和安全上升的趋势.
In order to verify the effectiveness of the three gorges ecological barrier area about ecological security, the research takes 3 villages in shuitian town, qianjiang city, Chongqingprovince as example, con- structs the index system of ecological security composed of 18 indicators ,includingthe soil erosion modulus, soil reclamation rate, per capita arable land area and so on,and finally gives an evaluation on the ecological security of land consolidation, on the basis of PSR model. The research uses the matter-element model setting up factors fields for classifications of eco-security to calculate the correlation between the indexes and matter the comprehensive evaluation of level. The results show that compared before and after the land consolidation on ecological security, the eco-security grade is from criticality security to generally security, and 18 indexes and the overall level all are in a rising trend that all from not security or criticality secu- rity to generally security or security. The evaluation is practical and has reference value to carry out land consolidation, and protect the ecological environment about the three gorges in the future.
