摘要
本文主要是在原有的X荧光光谱法测定岩石、土壤、水系沉积物样品中的主次量元素方法基础上加以改进,缩短了样品测定时间,提高了样品测定速度。方法的精密度及准确度上都控制在允许范围内,测定样品速度快,重现性好结果令人满意。
Based on original method, the authors improve the method of X fluorescence spectrometry to determine primary and secondary elements in rock, soil and stream sediment. Those shorten the determination time of the sample and speed up the determination of the sample. The precision and the accurate of the method are controlled within the scope of the permit, the speed is quickly and the reproducibility is very good .The result of the measurement was satisfactory.
