摘要
高速公路低能见度团雾对行车安全危害巨大.为解决当前能见度仪价格昂贵、性能过剩,无法适应团雾监测需要等问题,设计了一种高速公路用低成本能见度阈值检测装置.装置以前向散射法为基本检测原理,散射光照度为检测量,在Arduino单片机的控制下实现数据采集及传输,并通过超声波加湿器模拟团雾,对检测装置进行功能验证.实验结果表明,在40 lx和2 lx照度的实验室环境下,该装置具备不同浓度雾气探测功能,能够满足团雾能见度检测的需要,具有较好的实用前景.
Low visibility caused by agglomerate fog weather on expressway poses an immense threat to sate driving. To solve the existing problems of present visibility meters such as expensive cost, performance surplus, unable to meet the need of agglomerate fog detection etc, a low cost visibility threshold detection device was designed. With forward scattering method as basic detection principle and illuminance of scattering light as detection value, the device was controlled by Arduino to realize data acquisition and transmission, and ultrasonic humidifier was used to simulate agglomerate fog, the function was tested. Experiments showed that, at 40 lx and 2 lx illuminance under laboratory conditions, the device can function for different concentrations of fog, which meet the need of agglomerate fog visi- bility detection and has a good practical prospect.
