基于参数辨识的管材内涂层膜厚测试方法改进

摘要 为了提高石油管材内涂层质量并节省涂料,研究在喷涂线上加装膜厚自动测量装置.首先介绍膜厚测量原理,并基于激光三角法和测试精度要求确定传感器的各个设计参数;其次,对测试系统进行标定实验,实验结果表明测量误差较大;最后,建立关键参数b的辨识模型,确定b值后重新对测量系统进行标定.通过对传感器的精度分析和实验验证,结果表明经参数辨识校正后的测量系统精度提高了1个数量级,误差控制在±0.02 mm以内. In order to improve the quality of inner coat of petroleum pipeline and save paint, this study attempted to investigate a film thickness automatic measuring device in the spraying line. First, the measuring principle of the film thickness was introduced, and the design parameters of the sensor system based on laser triangulation method and measuring precision were determined. After that, system parts were manufactured and assembled into the measuring system. Calibration experiment of system showed that the measuring error was large. Finally, the measurement system was demarcated by establishing the identification model of key parameter b, Through analyzing the precision of the sensor and the experimental verification, the conclusion was obtained, which one order of magnitude accuracy of measurement system is raised, systematic error is limited within the range of +0.02 mm.
