摘要 气候变暖是目前全球关注的焦点问题,气候变化产生的影响已引起社会各界更广泛的关注。气候要素与水资源关系极为密切,气候变化对水资源量值具有决定性的影响,水资源直接影响人类生存和社会进步,也是保证农业可持续发展最重要的因素之一。因此,气候变化对水资源影响研究已愈来愈引起国内外学者的高度重视。辽河流域由于工业发达、城市集中、人口密集,长期以来一直存在水资源供需矛盾突出的问题,因此针对辽河流域开展气候变化对水资源影响研究非常重要。本文概述了国内外气候变化对辽河流域水资源影响的研究现状,总结了气候变化对辽河流域水资源影响研究的方法、结果和最新进展;依据辽河流域气候变化事实及水资源时空分布的特点,提出了目前研究中存在的问题及未来前景展望,以期为开展相关研究工作提供参考,并更好的为辽河流域水资源管理和综合规划服务。 Global warming has been the current focus problem of global concern. People are paying more and more attention on the impact of global climatic change. The relationship between climatic factors and water resource are extremely close, and water resource has a directly related relationship to human existence and social progress, which is also one of the most important factors of sustainable development of agriculture. Therefore, research on climate change impact on water resource has got more and more attention of scholars at home and abroad. The Li- aohe river basin has long been existing obvious contradiction between water resource supply and demand due to in- dustrial development, urban concentration, population density. It is extremely important to carry out the research a- bout the impact of climate change on water resource in the Liaohe river basin. This paper summarized the research progress of the impact of climate change on water resource in the Liaohe fiver basin, discussed the research meth- ods, results and the latest developments about the impact of climate change on water resource in the Liaohe River basin. On the basis of the facts of climate change and temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of water re- source in the Liaohe fiver basin, problems in current research and future outlook were proposed in order to provide some references for the better development of relevant research work, and to provide some service for the manage- ment of water resource and comprehensive planning in the Liaohe river basin.
