摘要
为了解决碳循环评估中夜间呼吸通量插值模型的选择问题,利用2009—2012年锦州地区雨养玉米生态系统的通量观测数据,采用模拟退火算法和统计方法,分析Van't Hoff方程(VH)、Arrhenius方程(AR)和Lloyd&Taylor方程(LT)3种不同呼吸方程的参数配置对模型精度的影响,并比较不同模型对夜间呼吸通量插值的模拟精度。结果表明:由VH、LT和AR不同呼吸方程比较发现,LT模型的模拟精度最好;选用LT模型时,设置活化能E=308.56 k J·mol-1,T0和R10为参数,模型的模拟结果最好;对于VH模型,Q10不随温度变化而变化,而AR和LT模型的Q10随温度升高而变小;对于AR和LT模型,当E和T0固定为常数时,Q10为常数。因此,在进行夜间呼吸通量插值时,选用LT呼吸模型,并设定E=308.56 k J·mol-1时模拟效果较好。
In order to select an optimum interpolation model for nocturnal respiration flux in the evaluation of car- bon cycle,based on rain-fed maize ecosystem flux observation data in Jinzhou from 2009 to 2012,the effect of pa- rameters configuration of three different ecosystem respiration models (i. e. , Van 't Hoff equation (VH), Arrhe- nius equation (AR) and Lloyd &Taylor equation (LT)) on the accuracy of models were analyzed, and accuracies of three models for simulating nocturnal respiration flux were compared by using methods of a simulated annealing and a statistical analysis. The results show that simulation accuracy of the LT model is the best among the three models. For the LT model,the simulation accuracy is the best when E is fixed to 308.56 kJ.mo1-1 and TO and R10 are considered as parameters. Q10 doesn't change with temperature for the VH model ,but Q10 values of AR and LT models decrease with increasing temperature. For AR and LT models, when E and TO are fixed to the constant, the Q10 is constant. Therefore, it suggests that the LT respiration model should be selected in interpolating nocturnal respiration flux and E should be set to 308.56 kJ. mol-1.
