我国农业技术推广体系存在的问题与对策

Existing Problems and Countermeasures of Agricultural Technology Popularization System in China

针对我国农业技术推广体系存在的主要问题,如农业科技推广队伍结构不合理、农业科技投入不足、农业科技成果转化效率不高等,提出了促进农业技术推广工作的建议,包括加强对现有农业科技人员的技术培训,加大农业科技推广资金投入及建立高效的成果转化机制等,为农业技术推广工作提供了借鉴。

Aiming at existing problems of agricultural technology popularization system in China, such as unreasonable structure of popularizing agricultural sci- ence and technology team, inadequate a- gricuhural science and technology, low agricultural science and technology achievements transformation efficiency and others. Moreover, the countermea- sures for promoting agricultural tech- nology popularization system in our country were put forward from the fol- lowing aspects, including strengthening the technical training of the existing a- gricuhural science and technology per- sonnel, increasing funding for agricultur- al science and technology promotion and establishing efficient mechanism of achievements, et al. The results provided references for agricultural technology promotion.
