体外膜肺氧合在普胸外科手术中的应用

Application of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation in general thoracic surgery

摘要 体外膜肺氧合(ECMO)作为一种有效的心肺支持治疗手段,源于心脏体外循环和灌注、发展于急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)的救治,目前在普胸外科手术中的应用前景乐观。原因在于ECMO技术进步使其可以在尽可能减少损伤的前提下,最大限度地提供必要的心肺联合支持,为胸部复杂手术创造条件、赢得时间。近年来,一些医疗中心对ECMO进行了有益的尝试并取得了可喜的成绩。该文就ECMO在普胸外科手术中的研究进展和临床应用进行了回顾和展望。 As an effective cardiopulmonary support treatment, extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) originated from extracorporeal circulation and perfusion, and got devdopment in the treatment of acute respiratory distress syndrome. ECMO has a bright prospect in general thoracic surgery, because the progress of ECMO technology maximizes the support of combined heart lung for the complex operation under the premise of minimizing the damage. In recent years, some medical centers have made helpful explorations in the use of ECMO, and have obtained favorable results. The application of ECMO in general thoracic surgery is reviewed, and its prospect is also introduced in this paper.
