撬装型煤层气制LNG液化工艺的选择和探讨

摘要 为有效满足中小煤矿煤层气、地面预抽采初期的零散煤层气等天然气的液化,以及企业在研制或生产期间快速灵活获取LNG的需求,提出使用撬装式LNG液化设备对天然气进行直接液化。对我国目前3种主要的天然气液化工艺进行比较,选出比较适合撬装式液化设备的混合制冷剂液化工艺和带膨胀机的液化工艺,并针对两者的不足提出了解决方案。结果表明:单级混合制冷剂液化工艺在系统使用和运行过程中具有较大优势,采用该工艺,并辅以严格的设备及制冷剂管理是撬装型煤层气制LNG的合适选择。 In order to fulfill the demands of gas liquefaction of small and mid- size mine coal seam gas and scattered coalbed methane in early ground extraction, skid mounted LNG liquefaction process directly liquefying gas was proposed. The three main gas Liquefaction technology in China was compared, single stage mixed refrigerant liquefaction process and with expander liquefaction processing were chosen as they are suitable for skid mounted LNG Liquefaction, and the solution of the two technology based on their disadvantages were given. The result showed that single stage mixed refrigerant liquefaction process was superior in the system running,the technology with strict equipment and refrigerant management is appropriate for skid mounted coal bed gas making LNG.
