急倾斜大采高煤层采煤工艺研究

摘要 通过对上湾矿大采高工作区的采煤工艺过程进行研究,分别对采煤机的割煤方式和液压支架的支护和移架方式进行优化,提高了采煤效率,得到以下结论:采煤机双向割煤端头进刀的采煤工艺和单向割煤中部进刀的采煤工艺任何时候都比单向割煤端头进刀的采煤工艺的工作效率高;液压支架选用二柱掩护式液压支架,同时尽可能采用大初撑力和单架依次式移架方式移架。 Through the study of large mining height working area mining technology of Shangwan Mine,coal mining machine cutting coal method,hydraulic support and moving frame method were optimized,which improved the mining rate,it was concluded that shearer two- way cutting feed on the end of coal mining technology and unidirectional cutting feed in the central coal mining process were more efficient than unidirectional cutting feed on the end of coal mining process at any time. Two columns hydraulic powered support was used,and at the same time,the large initial support force and the single frame shift frame were supposed to move shift.
