摘要
煤层气在集输过程中,部分偏远集输站靠原气井的自然压力无法进行集输,必须对气体进行增压后集输。针对这一问题,以撬装式螺杆压缩机在蓝焰公司胡底区块的应用为例,重点对撬装螺杆压缩机的工艺设计、设备选型以及技术特点进行了系统分析,总结出一套末端增压的新工艺,实践表明,该工艺可有效解决晋城矿区边远区块的气体集输的问题。
In the process of coal seam gas gathering, some remote gathering stations by natural pressure of raw gas well cannot realize gas gathering and transportation, gas must be pressurized before gathering. Based on this problem, the application of Lanyan skid- mounted screw compressor Hudi block- base was taken as example, process design, equipment selection and technical characteristics of skid mounted screw compressor were analyzed, the end of a supercharged new technology was summed up, the technology can effectively solve the outlying block gas gathering problems in Jincheng Mining Area.
