煤矿岩巷快速掘进技术的应用探讨

Discussion on Application of Rapid Excavation Technology in Mine Rock Roadway

岩巷的掘进速度对煤矿生产的安全和效率有重要影响。分析了影响巷道掘进速度的因素,主要有掘进设备落后、施工工艺落后、组织管理不完善及施工者素质不高等,指出采用先进的地质探测技术、改进掘进的设备、采用深孔爆破技术、优化出矸系统、加强施工组织管理等措施,来提升岩巷掘进速度。

The driving speed of the rock roadway has an important influence on the safety and efficiency of the coal mine production. The factors that influencing the driving speed were analyzed, which are backward driving equipments and construction technology, imperfect organization and management and poor quality of constructors etc.. It is pointed out that adopting advanced geological exploration techniques, improved driving equipments, deep hole blasting technology,optimized waste system, strengthened construction organization and management measures can speed up the rock roadway driving speed.
