摘要
针对部分煤矿企业在物资管理过程中存在的成本意识不强、成本控制机制不健全、采购价格高、运输效率低下、储备不科学等问题,以神华集团神华神东物资供应中心为例,分析煤矿企业物资管理成本控制的主要内容,提出建立健全成本管控制度、创建物流供应链、搭建信息化管理平台、加强人才培养等成本控制策略,为提升物资管理工作效率和经济效益提供了参考。
Based on weak sense, poor cost management, high purchasing price, low efficiency of transportation and unreasonable storage of cost management in some of materials management of coal enterprise, Shenhua Shendong Materials Supply Centre was taken as example, the content of coal enterprise materials management was analyzed, setting sound cost control management, logistics supply chain and information management platform, strengthening personnel training and cost control strategy, which provided reference for improving materials management efficiency and economic benefit.
