CDM对缓解塔河流域牲畜粪尿面源污染的潜力分析

Analysis on the potential of CDM to the Tarim River Basin Livestock Manure Non-point Source Pollution

在估算了塔里木河流域牲畜排泄物及污染物的基础之上,定量分析了沼气发电CDM项目对消纳塔里木河流域牲畜排泄物的潜力,并估算了沼气发电CDM项目对塔里木河流域带来的环境效益和经济效益。分析结果表明:塔里木河流域牲畜排泄物总量达到了5 000万t以上,以100 MW的总装机容量,1年运行5 000 h为例,沼气发电CDM项目可以消纳牲畜排泄物近1 800万t,减排CO2约140万t,减排BOD5、NH3-N等污染物约195 t,参加碳交易可获得约8 500万元的经济收入,有一定的开发潜力。

This paper summarizes the status of the situation of Xinjiang CDM and the development of animal husbandry in Tarim River Basin. Estimation of the Tarim River Basin livestock excreta and Quantitative analyzing the potential of CDM to the Tarim River Basin livestock manure non-point source pollution and estimating the biogas power generation CDM project brings to the Tarim River basin environmental benefit and economic benefit. The results show that the Tarim River Basin livestock excreta total reached more than 50000000 tons. With a total installed capacity of 100MW, running 5 000 hours a year as an example, biogas power generation CDM project can be disposing livestock excreta near 18 000 000 tons, CO2 emissions of about 1 400 000 tons, emission reduction of pollutants such as BODs, NH3-N is about 195 tons. Add carbon trading can achieve about 85 000 000 yuan income.
