教学型高校过度科研的教学挤出效应研究

摘要 在当前高等教育的大众化时代,我国教学型高校普遍重科研轻教学,引发了过度科研的问题。教学型高校过度科研挤占了教学的主体地位、教师的教学精力和学校的教学资源,对教学具有显著的挤出效应。由于过度科研对教学造成的挤出效应,教学型高校偏离了人才培养的主要功能和核心价值,严重影响了教学质量,导致了人才培养质量的下降;因而,国家、教学型高校和教师要深刻认识到过度科研的挤出效应及其危害,并通过深化高教改革进行纠偏。 In the current era of mass higher education, because of emphasis on research and contempt for teaching, it has led to problems of excessive science research. Excessive science research has at teaching -oriented universities has occupied the dominant position of teaching, extruded the teachers' effort and teaching resources, teaching. Due to the extruding effects of excessive science research teaching-oriented colleges and universities have deviated from the core values and the main functions of personnel training, seriously affecting the quality of teaching, that leads to a decline in quality of personnel training. Thus, the state, teaching-oriented colleges and teachers should deeply understand the extruding effects and the harm of excessive research, and aU mentioned above must be corrected by deepening the reform of higher education.
