基于“双元制”校企合作机制下共建双师型结构师资团队的研究 被引量:8

摘要 "依托平台、系企一体"的校企合作体制机制是湖南邮电职业技术学院移动通信技术专业多年以来对德国"双元制"开展深入理论研究和实践探索的教学成果。高职的双师型结构师资团队建设中存在专任教师双师素质亟待提升、高职兼职教师结构有待优化、高职教师的培养制度不全、高职教师准入制度和双师素质师资资格认证制度缺失等问题。"双元制"校企合作机制下,双师型师资团队的建设应搭建双师型师资团队的培养平台、完善双师型师资团队的培养制度、形成双师型师资团队的培养体系。 "Relying on the platform and department-enterprise integration" is the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism of the mobile communication technology specialty of Hunan Post and Telecommunication College after years of theoretical research and practice on "dual system" of Germany. There are a number of problems in the building of double-qualified teaching team in higher vocational colleges, such as the improvement of the full-time teachers/ qualities, the optimization of the part-time teachers' structures, the incomplete training system of the higher vocational teachers and the lack of teachers' admittance system and double-qualified teachers' qualification certification system. Under the "dual system" school-enterprise co- operation mechanism, the team building of double-qualified teachers should be based on a training platform and the training system should also be perfected.
