《中国历史地图集》春秋时期图组考异例说

Attestation of Places Identified in The Historical Atlas of China Compiled in the Spring and Autumn Period

谭其骧先生主编的《中国历史地图集》是学界目前使用最为广泛的历史地图集。限于时代因素及成于众手的原因,该图仍有可商榷订正之处。在全部考订了其春秋时期图组所标注的1 107个历史地名的基础上,考出120个相异之处,并以其中20处为例,总结出距离与方位判断之异、考古遗址判断之异、地理政治军事形势判断之异、两地冲突之异、前后时代政区之异、其地不详之异以及无标注之异等七条致异之由,并配以相关地图进行说明。

The Historical Atlas of China compiled by Tan Qixiang is currently the most widely used historical atlas in the academic world. Regarding the age of its compilation and the fact that it was the product of different hands, there is still room for revision. After examining the 1107 historical places mapped during the Spring and Autumn Period, 120 places are found to be mistakenly identified. By using 20 of them as exampies, mistakes in the following areas are examined and illustrated： locations; directions; identifications of archaeological sites; geographical, political and military importance; conflicts between regions; administrative districts of different historical periods; unknown areas; and unmarked places.
