论中国共产党执政文化的法治视野

The Rule of Law in Communist Party's Governance

党的十八届四中全会提出,依法治国是坚持和发展中国特色社会主义的本质要求和重要保障,是实现国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的必然要求,事关我们党执政兴国,事关人民幸福安康,事关党和国家长治久安。中国共产党在治国理政的历程中,依据主客观要求,把法治作为执政的基本方式已成为领导人民实现社会主义现代化和中华民族伟大复兴的总任务的重要保障。通过法治视野,站在法治空间里,深刻分析论述中国共产党执政文化建设,对进一步理解中国共产党执政文化中的法治理念在国家经济政治文化社会生态事务中的理论和现实意义有重要作用。

It was put forward at the fourth plenary session of the eighteenth party congress that the rule of law is the requirement and guarantee for the maintenance and development of socialism with Chinese characteristics and that it is the premise for the modernization of national governance system and capability, decisive to the reign of the party, the prosperity of the nation, the happiness of the people, and the long-term stability of the nation. In the course of the party＇ s governance and political conduction, the Communist Party of China has already recognized the rule of law both as the foundation for the party＇ s rule and the guarantee for the realization of socialist modernization and the great rejuvenation of the nation. From the legislative perspective, this paper has analyzed how the party＇s governance has been established, thus facilitating the understanding of how the rule of law embodied in the governance of the party has been developed and effectively functioned in the nation＇s economic, political and cultural social ecological affairs.
