摘要
为树立工业企业低碳典范,实现对其低碳竞争力的有效评价,通过提炼关键影响因素,构建一套三级指标评价模型.以网络分析法(ANP)主观权重为基础,结合基于评判隶属矩阵的熵权,得出适宜评分权重.根据参评企业的综合排序结果,为评价低碳效果和探索发展路径提供参考.
In order to establish role models of industrial enterprises and evaluate competitiveness in low- carbon effectively, the three-layer network model is established by extracting key elements. The entropy based on membership matrix is united with subjective weight which comes from ANP model. In the combi- nation of subjective weight and objective weight, appropriate score weight of each indicator can be obtained. The synthetic sequences and outcomes of candidate enterprises can be regarded as references to low-carbon estimations and developmental path exploration.
