攀枝花苏铁种植园土壤微生物数量及土壤酶活性分析 被引量:2

摘要 以攀枝花苏铁种植园土壤及非种植园土壤(攀枝花公园土壤)为研究对象,分析其理化性状、土壤微生物数量与土壤酶活性及其相关性。结果表明,苏铁种植园土壤p H为6.52,水分含量为14.28%;尾矿坝土壤中各类菌群数量为细菌>放线菌>真菌;土壤酶活性大小为转化酶>磷酸酶>过氧化氢酶>脲酶,分别为 23.131 mg / g·24h、1.325 mg / 100g·2h、0.57 m L / g·20min、0.025 mg / g·24h;土壤微生物数量、土壤酶活性、土壤理化性状之间均存在相关性,土壤细菌、放线菌及真菌数量随着土壤含水量、脲酶和磷酸酶活性的增加而增加;随着转化酶及过氧化氢酶活性的增加而降低。 Taking the soil from Cycad plantation and Panzhihua park as study objects, this paper analyzed the physical and chemical properties, number of microbes, enzymes activities and their correlation. The results showed that pH value and water content of the soil from Cycad plantation were 6.52 and 14.28%, the number of microbes distributed in soil was followed as bacteria 〉 actinomyeetes 〉 fungi. The soil enzymes activities were followed as invertase 〉 phosphatase 〉catalase 〉 urease, with 23.131 mg/g · 24h, 1.325 mg/100g·2h, 0.57 mL/g · 20min, 0.025 mg/g · 24h, respectively. Correlation existed among microbial quantity, soil enzymes activities, soil physical and chemical properties. And the number of bacteria, fungi and aetinomycetes increased with the increase of soil water content, urease and phosphatase activity, and decreased with the increase of invertase and catalase activity.
