摘要
针对吊篮式半自动移栽机移栽效率低的问题,设计了一种辣椒穴盘苗自动移栽机,该机在原有的吊篮式半自动移栽机的基础上,安装自动取喂系统,设计成自动移栽机,取代人工进行取喂穴盘苗.自动取喂系统中,机械手将穴盘苗从穴盘中取出,并输送到喂苗位置;机械手打开,穴盘苗落入苗筒中,苗筒将穴盘苗喂入吊篮内;地轮驱动栽植器转动,穴盘苗被栽入土穴内,完成自动移栽.采用苗龄61d的"早红一号"辣椒穴盘苗进行田间移栽试验,‘早红一号’平均苗高为165.2mm,拖拉机行驶机速度为1.2km/h.试验结果显示:取苗成功率为98.18%,喂苗成功率为96.30%,栽植频率为77株/min,栽植成功率为96.97%.
Directing low efficiency of nacelle-type semi-automatic transplanter,the automatic transplanter was designed for pepper plug seedlings based on the semi-automatic one,automatic feeding system was installed and replaced artificial work to feed seedlings. The manipulator of automatic feeding system would take out the seedlings from the plug,and carry the seedlings to feed seedling location, the manipulator was open and plug seedlings fell into the seedling cylinder and were fed into nacelle. The transplanting apparatus rotated by wheel drive and planted the plug seedlings in the hole and automatic transplanting was completed. The plug seedlings of ‘Zaohong 1' pepper aged 61 years were used to field experiments, the average height of the seedlings was 165.20 mm and the speed of tractor was 1.2 km/h. The results showed that success rate for picking seedling was 98.18% ,success rate for feeding seedling was 96.30%,planting frequency was 77 plants per row per minute and planting success rate was 96.97%.
