摘要
为研究型钢混凝土结构用于大跨度顶进框架桥是否能减少框架桥截面尺寸,减轻结构自重,结合实际工程案例,以框架桥顶板厚度和型钢含钢率为控制变量,分析框架桥在不同顶板厚度和含钢率条件下的最大挠度和截面内力,为型钢混凝土结构在框架桥的应用提供依据。分析结果表明:型钢混凝土框架桥顶板最大挠度随顶板厚度的增大而减小;截面承载能力随含钢率的增加而增大。在满足列车荷载要求的前提下,型钢混凝土框架桥顶板厚度比同跨度的钢筋混凝土框架桥有效减少。
It is significant to study whether steel reinforced concrete( SRC) structure can effectively reduce the section size and self-weight of frame bridge with a large span. In this paper,the thickness of top plate and reinforcement ratio are controlling variables. The maximum deflection and inner force at critical sections were analyzed. The results show that the maximum deflection of the top plate of the SRC frame bridge decreases as its thickness increases,and the bearing capacity increases as the reinforcement ratio increases. On the premise of meeting the requirements of train loads,the thickness of the top plate of the SRC frame bridge may be smaller than that of the plate of the reinforced concrete bridge.
