无线测距技术在大型养路机械车间防撞中的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 基于无线测距技术研发了大型养路机械车间距离预警装置,该装置利用无线通讯技术实现大型养路机械施工机组车间距离、标识等信息的实时共享,可有效预防同一施工区间内车间碰撞事故的发生。无线测距技术不受恶劣天气和环境因素的影响,能满足大型养路机械全天候作业的需求。无线通讯技术具有自动组网功能,且具有较强的组网能力,便于实现车间信息的及时共享。现场试验表明车间距离预警装置测距误差<2 m,能有效降低车辆跟踪运行和联挂时发生碰撞的风险。 The vehicle distance warning device oflarge maintenance machine was developed based on wireless ranging technology,which achieves real-time sharing of vehicle spacing and identification oflarge maintenance machine construction unit car by wireless communication technology and prevents vehicles in the same construction area from being collided with each other. Wireless ranging technology is not affected by bad weather and environmental factors,which can satisfy the all-weather operation demand oflarge maintenance machine. The wireless communication technology has the function of automatic networking and has strong networking ability,which could achieve real-time information sharing among vehicles. Field test showed that ranging error of vehicle distance warning device is less than 2m,which could effectively reduce the collision risk of vehicle tracking and linking operation.
