摘要
本文首次给出由福建计量院自主研制的高精度衡器载荷测量仪用于检定分度数不大于3000的中准确度级、普通准确度级电子汽车衡时的测量不确定度分析评定方法,为实现不确定度的直观、快速分析评定,选择以数组规律格式给出各个不确定度分量及扩展不确定度通用公式,用于计算各个不同载荷点的扩展不确定度大小,最后给出两个评定实例以供测量参考。
Present evaluation method for the first time to analyse measurement uncertainty for high precision load measurement apparatus of electric weighing instrument, which is independently developed by fujian province metrology institute. This is used for verification electronic truck scales whose number of division is not more than 3000, that is middle accuracy grade and ordinary accuracy grade. In order to directly analyse and evaluate measurement uncertainty, in this paper general formulas are given in the way of array rules for each component uncertainty and expanded uncertainty. It is used to calculate expanded uncertainty of different loads. Finally, two examples are given to provide a reference for measurement .
