摘要
配电网"低电压"是关系千家万户生活质量的民生问题,通过对青海配电网"低电压"问题现状的综合分析,指出了青海配电网"低电压"问题产生的由来,并分别提出了从源头(电源布点)、中间环节(变电站、配电线路)及末端(配电台区、低压配网)进行治理方法。同时对目前配电网"低电压"治理新技术进行了简单介绍。
The low voltage in power distribution network is relevant closely with the people＇ s life quality. Based on a comprehensive analysis on the situation with the low voltage problem, this paper points out the cause for the problem, and puts forward methods to improve the low voltage situation from the sources to the ends in the power distribution network. Some new technologies to improve the low voltage situation are also given.
