摘要
文章介绍了时域短期频率稳定度检定装置的组成、工作原理及应用范围。重点阐述了该检定装置在具体应用中的缺点及不便之处,提出了利用采样计数环节来控制时域短期频率稳定度计算过程的方法,将P07D-2频标比对器与ST2002多通道双混频时差测量系统通过软件设计进行整合,建立覆盖范围更广的检定系统装置。
