摘要
为解决某箱体耐腐蚀环境试验后表面涂层附着力差的问题，文章依据质量管理理论，通过运用QC方法，遵循PDCA循环程序，开展QC活动，提高了该箱体表面涂层附着力。表面涂层附着力从Qc活动前的4级提高到了QC活动后的。级，满足使用单位对箱体耐腐蚀环境试验后表面涂层附着力≤1级的要求。
In order to solve the problem that surface coating adhesion of a cabinet is bad after corrosion resist- ance environmental test, this paper uses QC method, follows PDCA cycle procedure, develops QC activities, and improves surface coating adhesion of a cabinet according to quality management theory. Surface coating adhesion is raised from grade 4 before QC activities to grade 0 after QC activities, and can meet the user require- ment that surface coating adhesion after corrosion resistance environmental test of the cabinet should be less than grade 1.
