摘要
水溶性磷酸盐作为精细磷化工产品的一支,在工业和农业上均有很高的应用价值。着重介绍了一套多种类水溶肥装置的生产工艺研究与产品开发。现阶段,该装置已成功生产出水溶性磷酸脲、工业磷酸一铵、工业磷酸二铵、磷酸二氢钾等4个品种的产品,均满足市场优等品要求,并获得了较为完整的控制参数,以供同类型生产装置进行参考。
Water soluble phosphate,as a branch of fine phosphate chemical products,offers high values for industrial and agricultural applications. The process research and product development for a multiple-type water soluble fertilizer plant are highlighted. Currently,the plant has successfully produced four kinds of products including water soluble urea phosphate,industrial grade monoammonium phosphate,industrial grade diammonium phosphate and monopotassium phosphate,which all meet premium grade requirements,and obtained complete control parameters for reference by similar plants.
