摘要
简要介绍了硫磺制酸装置的工艺流程、催化剂方案、各工序的技术特点和设计保证指标,及主要设备材质和选型。生产试运行和性能考核结果完全满足合同保证值要求。无尾气吸收装置,尾气可以实现ρ(SO_2)<150 mg/m^3的要求。相比于国内同规模的装置,各种设备规格都大大缩减,产汽率高,投资节省,具有技术先进、性能可靠、长期稳定运行、经济合理的效果。
A brief description of the process follow,catalyst philosophy,technical features of each section,and design guarantee figures are provided,as well as material of construction and selection of main equipment for the sulfur-burning sulfuric acid plant. The trial operation and performance test results fully meet the contractual guarantees. There are no tailgas absorbers,and the tailgas can meet the requirement of ρ( SO_2) < 150 mg/m^3. Compared to plants in China of similar capacity,the equipment size is greatly reduced,the steam production is increased,and cost is saved. It features advanced technology,reliable performance,stable operation,and reasonable economy.
