摘要
提出一种不需要注浆即.可进行张拉锁定的自承载式预应力锚索,在钻孔完成下入自承载式预应力锚索后即可进行张拉施工,初始锁定锚固力可达设计锚固力的50%-100%,初始张拉后,进行注浆施工,浆体达到强度要求后,可进行二次张拉,按照设计锚固力进行锁定,利用预留的自由段,形成拉压复合型预应力锚索.对自承载式预应力锚索的意义、结构及作用机理、试验研究等做了详细的介绍,系统结构合理,应力分布均匀,初始张拉后,降低了二次张拉对砂浆体强度的要求,使快速锚固成为可能,在锚固工程的快速施工中具有较好的应用前景.
A self-load bearing type anchor was presented, which possesses stretch locking without grouting. Tension construction, whose anchorage is 50%-100% of the design strength, can be started immediately after a drilling is completed. Grouting is constructed after the-initial tensioning. The second tensioning construction can be carried out to meet the designed anchorage when slurry meets the strength requirements. This anchor is a pulling-pressing compound-type, taking advantage of the reserved free section. The significance of the self-load bearing type anchor, its structure and mechanism, and the experimental study were introduced in detail. The results showed that it is a reasonable anchor system which can make quick anchoring possible through a reduction of the mortar strength request during the second tension, characterized by its stress distribution. The self-load bearing type anchor has good application prospects in the rapid construction of anchoring engineering.
