摘要 缺血性脑损伤与氧化应激损伤、神经元脱失、炎性反应等密切相关。硫氧还蛋白系统是人体重要的抗氧化系统,在对抗氧化应激损害、抑制细胞凋亡和炎症等过程中发挥着重要作用。近年来,有关硫氧还蛋白系统在脑缺血中的作用受到越来越多的关注。文章就硫氧还蛋白在脑缺血中的作用进行了综述。 Ischemic brain injury is closely associated with oxidative stress, neuron loss, and inflammatory reaction. The thioredoxin system is an important antioxidant system in human body. It plays the important roles in the process of fighting against oxidative stress damage, inhibiting apoptosis and inflammation. In recent years, the roles of thioredoxin system in cerebral ischemia have attracted more and more attention. This article reviews the roles of thioredoxin in cerebral ischemia.
