O-羟丙基壳聚糖/聚乙二醇水凝胶的制备及其表征

摘要 以壳聚糖为原料,合成了两亲性O-羟丙基壳聚糖(O-HPCS),并以O-羟丙基壳聚糖(O-HPCS)和聚乙二醇(PEG)为原料制备羟丙基壳聚糖/聚乙二醇水凝胶,以傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)对凝胶的结构进行了表征,通过正交实验研究了O-羟丙基壳聚糖浓度、聚乙二醇和O-羟丙基壳聚糖质量比、温度、交联剂戊二醛浓度对聚乙二醇/O-羟丙基壳聚糖水凝胶溶胀性能的影响,确定了最佳制备条件,研究了水凝胶的p H敏感性和温度敏感性。 A novel of amphipathy O-hydroxypropyl chitosan ( O-HPCS ) is synthesized by modified chitosan. O-hydroxypropyl chitosardpolyethylene glycol(PEG) hydrogel is prepared via cross linking of O-hydroxypropyl chitosan and polyethylene glycol. This hydrogel is investigated by FTIR. The influence of concentration of O-HPCS, PEG and glutaraldehyde, reaction temperature on hydrogel performance are discussed through orthogonal experiment. Temperature sensibility and pH sensibility of O-HPCS/PEG hydrogel are investigated.
