干旱胁迫下吊石苣苔部分调节物质的响应规律

摘要 为了获得干旱胁迫下吊石苣苔叶片中可溶性糖、脯氨酸及丙二醛含量的变化规律,采用人为设置干旱环境的方法,分别用蒽酮比色法、茚三酮比色法、TBA法测量不同干旱程度下3种指标的变化规律。结果显示,干旱胁迫条件下,可溶性糖含量逐渐升高,第12 d达最高值,第12 d复水后逐渐降低到处理前水平;脯氨酸含量第16 d升高到最大值,然后逐渐下降到正常水平;丙二醛含量在第8 d达到最高值,然后平稳下降到处理前水平。对以上3个生理指标分析表明,吊石苣苔最长抗旱时间为12 d,在栽培该植物时应注意及时补充水分。 For the purpose of knowing physiological response of Lysionotus Pauiflorus to drought stress. The Soluble saccharide content, Proline content and MDA content are researched by Anthrone colorimetry, Ninhydrin colorimetry and TBA method. The results show that the Soluble saccharide content is increased first and then decreased after 12days, the Proline content increases first and then decreases after 16 days, and the MDA content increases first and then decreases after 8 days. The results suggest that the drought had little influence on Lysionotus Pauiflorus within 12 days, but the Lysionotus Pauiflorus is destructed after 12 days of drought treatment. In order to avoid injury timely watering of Lysionotus Pauiflorus after 12 days of drought is necessary.
