An Exploration of Unified Assessment System of “Grading” and “Quantification” in Food Microbiology Experiment

为强化学生能力培养,提高食品微生物学实验教学效果,对实验课考核内容和评价标准进行研究。在实践的基础上,针对不同的实验类型和实验阶段构建了考核"分级"化和"量化"一体的考核评价体系,取得了较好的实践效果。

In order to strengthen the cultivation of students＇ ability and improve the teaching effect of experiment course of food microbiology experiment, evaluation contents and evaluation criteria are studied. On the basis of practice, the paper establishes unified assessment system of ＂grading＂ and ＂quantification＂ aiming at different experiment types and stages, which performs better in practice.
