临床护士开展优质护理工作体验的质性研究

Qualitative Research of the Work Experience in the Implementation of High Quality Nursing in Clinical Nurses

目的深入了解临床护士在优质护理过程中的工作体验与感受。方法采用现象学研究方法,对9名护士进行深度访谈,收集并分析访谈资料。结果经过对访谈内容的剖析和归类,提炼出5个主题,即从"排斥"至"欣然接受"、"辛苦"但却"自我满足"、力争"更完美"、需要‘被认可"、期待"共同协作和前进"。结论优质护理的开展对护理工作提出了更高的要求,需要全社会对护理工作的认可,并应建立在和谐的护患关系上,同时也需要医护人员的积极配合以及对护理管理工作的改革。

Objective To further study the work experience and feelings of clinical nurses in the process of high quality nursing.Methods By using phenomenological research method,9 nurses were analyzed by indepth interviews and the interview data were collected and analyzed.Results After analysis and classifica- tion of the interview content,five themes were extracted： from the ＂exclusion＂ to ＂embrace＂,＂hard＂ but ＂self satisfaction＂ ,striving to be ＂more perfect＂ ,needing to ＂approved＂ ,and looking forward of ＂collaboration and moving forward together＂.Conclusion The implementation of high quality care urged higher request in nursing work and need recognition from the society.It also should be established on the harmonious relationship between nurses and patients, and need actively cooperation from medical staffs as well as the reform of nursing management.
