入院患者评估表的信效度研究

Study on Reliability and Validity of Admission Assessment Scale

目的制定入院患者评估表,并检验评估表的信度和效度。方法应用档案记录收集法、文献检索分析法、专题小组讨论法及专家咨询法,确定评估表的项目和内容,制定入院患者评估表。对患者进行两次测试,采用相关分析、探索性因素分析等统计方法对评估表的因素结构、信效度进行检验。结果 （1）入院患者评估表共31个条目,探索性主成分分析显示,入院评估表由4个因子组成,累计贡献率为53.730%,因素负荷为0.250~0.913;（2）评估表的内部一致性系数为0.803,分半系数为0.788,重测系数为0.875。结论制定的入院患者评估表具有良好的效度和信度,符合测量学要求,可作为患者入院评估工具使用。

Objective To define the items and contents of the patients＇ admission assessment, and to evaluate the reliability and validity of the admission assessment scale. Methods By using archives record collection method, literature retrieval panel discussion method and expert consultation method to define items and contents of the admission assessment scale.Two tests were carried out on the patients; correlation analysis and exploratory factor analysis were used to test the factors structure and reliability of the questionnaire.Results （1） The patient admission assessment form consisted of 31 items, exploratory principal component analysis showed that the admission assessment scale consisted of four factors, the cumulative contribution rate was 53.730% ,factor load was 0.250-0.913.（2） Reliability analysis confirmed that Cronbaeh＇a coefficient of the scale was 0.803, split-half coefficient was 0.788 and re-testing coefficient was 0.875.Conclusion The hospital admission assessment scale has good validity and reliability,and has met the standard of psychometrics,which could be used as measure tool for patients＇ admission assessment.
