品管圈活动在全院护士培训管理中的应用及效果

Application and Effect of Quality Control Circle Activity in Training Management of the Hospital Nurses

目的探讨品管圈(quality control circle,QCC)活动在护理管理中实施对护理人员综合素质的提升效果。方法2008年10月至2012年10月,便利抽样法选择解放军第210医院的7个科室作为研究对象,实施"QCC"管理模式,由专家对77名临床护理人员进行培训指导,使圈员对QCC知识及方法熟练掌握,并评价各组护理人员的综合素质提升情况。结果措施实施前后,综合素质的各项评分都有明显的改善,实施后的各项评分均高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);实施QCC模式前后随机抽取相关科室患者调查对护理工作的满意度情况,实施后患者对护理工作的满意度明显提高,差异有统计学意义(Z=-9.946,P<0.01)。结论在护理工作中实施"QCC"模式可有效提高护理质量及护理人员的综合素质。

Objective To study the effect of quality control circle （QCC） activities in improving the comprehensive quality of nursing staffs.Methods By convenience sampling, 77 clinical nurses were trained to understand the QCC knowledge and mastered the method. The improvement of comprehensive quality of 4 nursing staffs was evaluated.Results After the implementation of QCC,the scores in every dimension were improved （P〈0.01）.Randomly selected the nursing satisfaction both before and after the implementation of QCC, the patient＇s satisfaction in nursing work was significantly improved after implementation of QCC （Z=-9.946,P〈0.01）.Conclusion The implementation of QCC in nursing job can effectively improve nursing quality and comprehensive quality of nursing staffs,which had significant clinical effect.
