摘要
反思性实践是外语教师追求自主发展的重要途径,但已有研究尚未探究人格特质等因素的影响。基于问卷调查的统计分析显示:教师反思性实践总体水平和具体维度与开放性、宜人性、尽责性和外向性等人格特质相关;不同人格特质的教师在反思性实践总体水平和多项具体维度上存在显著性差异,开放性、宜人性、尽责性的影响尤为突出。这为未来研究以及教师个人和教师教育者共同深化外语教师反思性实践提供了启示。
Reflective practice is thought to be an important way for teachers' active self-development. But little is known about the influence of personality on it. Based on a statistical analysis of survey data, this paper finds that:the overall status of teacher reflective practice and its composing dimensions are related to the personality features of openness to experience, agreeableness, conscientiousness and extraversion. Teachers with differences in personality features, especially openness to experience, agreeableness, conscientiousness, have significant differences in overall status of reflective practice and its composing dimensions. The findings explores implications for future study and cooperation between teachers and teacher educators in promoting university EFL teachers' reflective practice.
