摘要
通过对鞍山某矿区综合尾矿性质的分析和必要的实验室试验,确定合理的选别工艺,得出较理想工艺指标。试验结果表明,采用"螺旋溜槽-扫永磁选别试验"对鞍山某矿区综合尾矿进行预选,要获得较高品位的最终精矿,必须对粗精矿细磨,才能实现铁矿物的充分解离。
By analyzing the characteristics of comprehensive railings in a mine in Anshan and conducting necessary laboratory tests on these railings, reasonable separation process is determined and desirable process indexes are obtained. The testing results show that when process "spiral chute--scavenging with permanent magnetic separator" is adopted for the pre-concentration of tailings in the mine, in order to obtain a high grade concentrates, coarse concentrates must be ground so that the iron concentrates can be fully separated.
