摘要
某选矿厂入选矿石为鞍山型贫磁铁矿石,具有矿物嵌布粒度细、组成复杂、矿石品位低的特点。因为磨矿作业对整个分选过程中显得尤为重要,所以对该矿石进行了磨矿介质与磨矿工艺的优化研究,目的是控制磨矿过程,优化磨矿产物的粒度组成,减少过磨以及金属流失,提高经济效益。
the processed ore for a certain concentration plant is Anshan--type lean magnetite, with the characteristics of fine dissemination size of minerals, complex composition, and low grade. As the grinding operation is very important for the whole separation procedure, optimization study about grinding medium and grinding process is conducted for this ore. The purpose is to control the grinding process, optimize the particle size composition of grinding products, reduce over grinding and metal loss, and improve the economic returns.
