摘要
通过设计计算,将现有齐大山铁矿矿石3#带式输送机的托辊改成双排深槽型托辊,倾角从14°提高到25°。目前正在进行工业性实验,实验成功后将为大运量、大倾角带式输送机的实际应用提供可靠的技术保障。
Through design and calculation, No. 3 ore belt conveyor＇ s roller of Qidashan iron ore is changed to double row deep-truogh roller, with dip angle improved from 14°to 25°. Industrial test is conducted. If the test is successful, it will provide reliable technical support to the practical application of belt conveyor in large-capacity and large dip angle.
