FTOrs9939609突变基因型TA/AA对超重与肥胖男性大学生身体成分和胰岛素抵抗的影响

摘要 目的:探讨FTOrs9939609突变基因型TA/AA对超重与肥胖大学生的形态和糖代谢相关指标的影响。方法:为150名自愿参与的上海某高校大一学生测量其形态以及体脂等指标,分析血糖和胰岛素水平,估算胰岛素抵抗水平。结果:超重与肥胖大学生rs9939609多态性等位基因频率与一般人群基本一致,FTOrs9939609TA/AA基因型对超重与肥胖青少年的形态与身体成分具有影响,FTOrs9939609位点的A等位基因更易于发生胰岛素抵抗。 The aim of the study was to examine the effects of FTO single - nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) rs9939609 on anthropometrics and glucose metabolism in overweight and obesity college students. Methods:One hundred and fifty male overweight or obese students were recruited from a university in Shanghai, China. Anthropometrics were measured by standard procedures. Glucose and insulin was analyzed in serum. Insulin resistance was esti- mated by the homeostasis model assessment insulin resistance. Results:Compared with the TT carriers, the TA/AA carriers had significant higher BMI, visceral fat index ( VFI ) , chest circumference (CC),waist circumference (WC) ,hip circumference (HC),thigh circumference ( TC ) , glucose, insulin and HOMA - IR ( all P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions : The frequency of FTO rs9939609 genetic variants is consistent with the general population, the FTO rs9939609 variants are associated with body composition and insulin resistance.
