摘要
团队创造力是组织研究领域中的一个新的议题,当前对团队创造的认知过程还缺乏充分认识。本文从团队认知视角出发,分析了团队创造的认知过程,包含问题识别与构建、信息检索与编码和创造性想法形成这三个阶段。针对同质性团队和异质性团队的创造现象,从不同的理论视角阐释其潜在的认知机制,并指出以互动认知视角分析知识型团队的创造过程更具现实意义。
Team creativity is a new issue in the field of organization research, but the cognitive processes of team creativity is insufficient understood currently. From the perspective of team cognition, this article analyzes three cognitive phases of team creativity, including problem identification and structuring, information searching and coding, and the forming of creative ideas. For the different phenomena of heterogeneous teams and heterogeneous teams, this article shows the underlying cognitive mechanism from different theoretical perspective, and indicated that it has more realistic significance to analyze the creative process of knowledge teams from interactive cognition perspective.
