江苏社会性公共服务发展现状及制约因素分析

Analysis on the Present Situation and Restricting Factors of Social Public Services in Jiangsu

社会性公共服务是公共服务重要组成部分和社会发展的重要内容,是衡量人民幸福感的重要指标。江苏省社会性公共服务发展速度快、重点行业发展突出、发展特色明显,但同时也面临着社会性公共服务区域分布不合理、体系内结构性失衡、城乡差距过大等制约因素,对此本文提出了完善社会性公共服务的政策建议。

Social public service is an essential part of the public service and important content of the social development and is one of the most important indexes to measure people＇s happiness levels. The speed of social public service development in Jiangsu is quick, the key industries development is outstanding and the characteristics of development is quite obvious, but it also faces institutional factors such as social public service spatial distribution is not reasonable, the public service system between the internal system of structural imbalances, gap between urban and rural areas lack fairness, etc. And this article puts forward the policy suggestions to complete the social public service.
