动物科学专业创业型人才培养模式的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice on the Entrepreneurship Training Mode for Undergraduates of Animal Science

动物科学专业是一个事关国计民生的应用型专业。近年来随着高校毕业生就业形势日益严峻,对动物科学专业创业型人才培养模式也提出了更高要求。本文首先介绍了培养动物科学专业创业型人才的基本素质要求,以华南农业大学动物科学学院为例,从确立创业型人才培养目标、实施创业型人才培养模式和构建培养创业能力的实践教学平台等方面阐述了如何构建动物科学专业创业型人才培养的教学体系,最后提出强化动物科学专业创业型人才培养的相关对策,以期拓宽动物科学专业毕业生就业途径,更好地促进畜牧业的发展。

Animal Science is a practical specialty closely related to the national economy and the peoples＇ livelihood. The increasingly tough employment situation expected great improvement in the training model for entrepreneurial talent in animal science. The paper introduced the basic quality requirements for the entrepreneurial talent in animal science, illustrated how to build the training system for the entrepreneurial talents, taking College of Animal Science, South China Agricultural University as an example, including establishing entrepreneurial training objectives, implementing training model and constructing platform for practice teaching, etc.. Finally it proposed the measures to strengthen the entrepreneurial talent cultivation, expecting to enrich the employment chances for graduates and to promote the development of animal husbandry.
